All sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, images, condition descriptions, and authentication information carefully before completing a purchase. Our customer service team is available to answer any questions prior to checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is materially damaged during shipping or incorrect, you must contact us within 72Â hours of delivery at bijounoblellc@gmail.com with clear photos and order details.
We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Authentication & Condition Disclaimer
All items are thoroughly inspected and authenticated prior to shipment.
As pre-owned luxury goods may show signs of prior use, minor imperfections consistent with the stated condition are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
Condition grading reflects our professional assessment at the time of listing.
